How this started

Portrait of Gurasis Singh, founder of Gurasis Media

It started by spending my own money

The first Meta campaign I ever ran was for Gurasis Media, in Amritsar, on a Rs 3,000 budget. It produced ten leads. That is a small number and I have never dressed it up as anything else - but it meant that the first time I asked a business to trust me with ad spend, I was pointing at my own ad account rather than at somebody else's case study.

That is still the rule. We test on ourselves before we pitch it.

The gap I kept finding

Working with businesses, the same failure kept showing up in a different costume. An agency runs the ads, a developer owns the site, nobody owns the join. The pixel is half-configured. The landing page argues for something the ad never promised. The lead arrives in a DM inbox at 11pm and dies there.

Nobody in that chain is doing bad work. The seam between them is just not anybody's job. That seam is what Gurasis Media exists to own.

Why marketing and technology, together

For Absolute Mobile Car Detailing, the campaign and the Instagram DM booking agent were designed as one system, because paid demand you cannot answer fast enough is demand you paid for and then lost. Building the ads without building the response would have been half a solution sold as a whole one.

For RENzia, the campaign split the audience between consumers and B2B partners - and so the pages did too, rather than the campaign being handed whatever page already existed.

That is the whole argument. The demand side and the systems side are the same problem viewed from two ends.

Placeholder — write this yourself

Background and beginnings

[ADD DETAIL] Add your own background here before launch - where you learned this, what you were doing before Gurasis Media, and why Amritsar. This section is deliberately left as a placeholder rather than written for you, because it is the one part of this page that has to be true in your own words.

Operating rules

Four things I will not negotiate on

01

Research before spend

The strategy document comes before the campaign. If we cannot say who is buying and what they are comparing you against, we are not ready to bid on their attention.

02

Fail cheaply, on purpose

Set the budget you are willing to lose before you build. A test only counts as a test if the ceiling was decided in advance.

03

No black boxes

Workflows on a canvas you can open. Leads in a database you own. Campaign structure documented so your next hire can run it without me.

04

Report the number, not the spin

Ten leads is ten leads. Where a result has not been measured yet, it says so - including on this website, where unfinished figures are marked rather than filled in.

The toolkit

What I actually do with my hands

Paid acquisition
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Advantage+ placements
  • Lead-gen campaigns
  • Audience targeting
  • Meta Pixel and events
AI and automation
  • n8n
  • AI Agent workflows
  • Gemini
  • Instagram DM automation
  • Lead qualification logic
Software
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Supabase
  • Landing page builds
Creative
  • Content pillar systems
  • Short-form idea banks
  • Series arcs
  • Hook and script direction
  • Brand art direction
Strategy
  • Market research
  • Positioning documents
  • Offer construction
  • Funnel diagnosis

Marketing without engineering loses the lead it paid for. Engineering without marketing builds something nobody arrives at.

That is the whole thesis of this studio, and it is why both live under one roof here.

Next step

Tell me where it is leaking.

One conversation. We find the bottleneck - demand, response, page or content - and you leave knowing which one it is, whether or not you hire us.
