01Blank-page cost is the real reason posting stops
Businesses with genuinely great raw material still post erratically, and they usually blame willpower. The actual cause is that each post requires an idea to be invented from nothing before anything can be filmed. That cost is paid every single time, and eventually it is not paid at all.
02Pillars first
Boss Handicrafts has made handmade chess sets in Amritsar since 1989 - a workshop with more visual material than most brands will ever have. What it did not have was a decision about what it talks about.
We defined five content pillars: themes the brand has real authority in and can return to indefinitely. Pillars are constraints, and constraints are what make ideas cheap to generate.
03Then stock the bank
Against those five pillars we built a 30-reel idea bank. The purpose is that no shoot day ever begins with a decision. The idea is already chosen; the day is production.
- Five pillars the brand can own long-term
- Thirty reel ideas mapped across them
- A five-reel mini-series arc built to be watched in order
04Give a run of videos a reason to be sequential
A series arc is the piece most content plans skip. Five standalone reels reset the viewer each time. Five reels built as a sequence give a first-time viewer a reason to expect a second one - which is the only way an audience compounds.
